Start of our new trainees at TRANSCO

This year, 13 trainees are starting their careers in various departments at TRANSCO in Singen and Gottmadingen.

We are delighted to welcome 13 motivated young talents who started their training at TRANSCO Singen and Gottmadingen today! An exciting new chapter in their lives is beginning in the diverse fields of freight forwarding, logistics, IT, and office management.

The first day of training was a complete success and was all about getting to know each other. After a warm welcome with a welcome package, the new trainees enjoyed a varied program: creative team-building activities helped them get to know each other, while a personal letter to their “future selves” provided a special moment – they will receive these letters again after successfully completing their training.

Insights into practice

The company tour was accompanied by our experienced second-year trainees, who were able to report on their experiences firsthand. During lunch together, all trainees had the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. A highlight was the tour of our modern logistics center in Gottmadingen, which was rounded off with an interactive game and light refreshments.

From the second day onwards, our new team members will be getting straight down to business. After receiving important organizational information, they will be integrated into their respective departments, where six months of exciting learning experiences await them.
